Our products are handmade so may have some imperfections. Returns will only be accepted if the product is faulty as it is a handmade product that is made to order. If your product is faulty please get in touch: Thelondoncraftsman@hotmail.com

Refunds

If your product is faulty and you have sent it back to us we will inspect it, your refund will be processed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Thelondoncraftsman@hotmail.com

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable—if you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will not be included.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.
